Terms and Conditions of Rental
Finca Bougainvilla is maintained and cared for directly by the owners. The following services are included in your rental:
- Bed linen changed once per week.
- Towels changed once per week.
- Beach towels are also provided.
- Free wifi internet access
- A welcome pack is placed in the property ready for your arrival.
The following facilities are also available for your use:
- Built-in wall safe.
- Cot & highchair available free of charge.
- Hair dryers available.
- Wheel chair access to property (see note below).
The property has wheelchair access through the wide entrance doors, however there are some small steps without ramps between some rooms.
We try very hard to present a fine property in excellent upkeep. We also do not wish to overburden guests with lists of terms and conditions. All we ask is that you behave responsibly and in a manner that respects the property its contents. Any damage must be reported to the owners. A figure of £50 is held against damage to the property, furnishings or for very excessive cleaning requirements. In most cases this is refundable after your holiday. We cannot accept bookings for Stag/ Hen parties.
Rental Payments: A deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the rental fees plus a refundable £50 damage deposit must be paid 1 month prior to your arrival date. It would be very helpful if you could pass your flight arrival details to us as soon as you have them confirmed.
