Villa Rental Details - What's Included:

Finca Bougain Villa is cared for locally by our British property Manager. The following services are included in your rental:

• Bed linen changed once per week.
• Towels changed twice per week.
• Beach towels are also provided.
• Mid-holiday Mini clean of property on fortnightly bookings.
• A welcome pack is placed in the property ready for your arrival.

The following facilities are also available for your use:

• Built in wall safe.
• Cot, Highchair & Pushchair available for a small charge.
• Hair dryers available.
• Wheel Chair Access to property (see note below).

The property has wheelchair access through the wide entrance doors, however there are some small steps without ramps between some rooms.

Flights can be arranged for you, as can a taxi pick up from the airport for the cost of 7.50 euros, please e-mail with us with your requirements. A british mobile hairdresser is also available during your stay. Details can be found in the finca.

We try very hard to present a fine property in excellent upkeep. we also do not wish to overburden guests with lists of terms and conditions.

All we ask is that you behave responsibly and in a manner that respects the property its contents. We cannot accept bookings for Stag/ Hen parties.

It would be very helpful if you could pass your flight arrival details to us as soon as you have them confirmed. We only use this information to pass to our British property Manager.
