The prices for the property are standard throughout the year. With the exception of Christmas/New Year. Please see below prices for 2008 and 2009. The rental price is based upon 4 sharing per week. The property can accommodate up to 8 people in total. Additional guests are charged at the rate shown per week per person.

We also offer a special rate when just 2 people share the property (excluding Christmas/New Year) at only £595 per week.

A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the rental fees must be paid 1 month prior to your arrival date.
